hi All,

Is it possible to limit station with number of National or International minutes?

Yes you would need to create a new cor , on page 2 there is outgoing trunk disconnect set the amount of mins , restrict the new cor to only make nat/intern and emergency calls.

Assign the cor to the station concerned.

You can toggle between this COR and a unrestricted COR if required when making local calls , by setting up a feature access code you could then activate with assigning a abb dial button to the sets and activating with a list trace , or possibly set up a vector with collect digits and variables so a supervisor could change the cor remotely.

I have CM 5.2.1 and I find the option "Outgoing Trunk Disconnect Timer (minutes)" over page 3 and I set it to 2 minutes and applied the cor to the station but it didn't help. Call doesn't get disconnected after 2 minutes...

is it working now you have changed the frl ??

If not check your system parameters features on about page 6 there is a setting "Use Trunk COR for Outgoing Trunk Disconnect?" if this is set to yes turn it off

Changed as advised still its not helping.

What type of trunks are you using ??

This will only work on CO, DIOD, FX, WATS, and ISDN public-network ... also if the trunk is set up as a tie trunk it will not happen.

You are putting the setting on the actual station and not an agent log in ??

in ch sys fea , the "Use Trunk COR for Outgoing Trunk Disconnect?" is set to "n" ??

I have just tested this on my CM6 system and it works fine , so it must be down to config / configuration constraints on your kit.
