Dear all,

we have a Definity ECS. We use 8 as fac for aar. From there we route to trunk 6.
We have the problem that after the 8 we can enter maximum 13 digits. However we need 14 or even better 15.
When I enter the trunk acces code directly the number of digits seems to be not limited, only when I go through aar.
I tried to increase the max number of digits in aar analysis but to no avail (I assume this only alters how many digits to compare?).
Do you have an idea why this is or at which point I could increase the maximum number of digits?

Thank you in advance,
Denes

In the meantime I found the solution myself.
In fact I had to increase the maximum number in the aar analysis table. However I did it in the wrong place.
I was dialing 8(fac)-9... However I altered the entry starting with 8. I do not work very often with the PBX and forgot that within the aar table the 8 has already been deleted. When I increased the max number for entry starting with 9 the problem was solved.

Thanks for posting what you had to do to resolve this.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?
