We currently run Avaya S8500 server and G650 Gateway. Some of the users have access to dial international but we looking for ways to restrict their calls to a set of defined international numbers. That is if the number you dial is not part of the defined list the call will be restricted. Any ideas how to go around this.
Thank you

yes, set it up in your ars, deny all "011" calls, then put in specific routes for the allowed calls. This is a relativly simple chage to ars analysis. Do a "list ars ana" to start, and you will see your ars table.

This can also be done by FRL/COR, so you could restrict it be the user/extension, instead of dialed numbers.

Thanks Mitch672, I don't want to restrict the users entirely from making international calls. I want the users to have access to dial International but only a set of defined numbers of our associates. Thats about 35 numbers in total. Can i set this up in the ARS Tabel??
