Limit/Block External calls by duration

Hello All,
Customer Using Avaya IP Office Release 10.
Is there any feature/short code in system to give monthly talking limit to the user, like if I give 200 minutes per month to a user and if he used all 200 minutes then his extension should be locked. This should be applicable only for the external calls made by user.

 
No such feature for calls. You can use special shortcodes to limit the duration of individual external calls but not the overall total duration of calls a user makes.

In the IP Office Manager help, search for 'Short Code Characters'.

The basic is to add t(x), where x is the number of minutes, to the end of the telephone number field of the final short code involved in routing the call.
