Got 2 phones in a remote office with LIM modules. They are set (by original installer) to Failover only. Im unable to change this when I access the installer menu. When I put the phones into failover mode, lifting the handset displays "IP Fail: Analog Call", but I don't have dial tone and cant make any calls out. Ive tested the analog line, wall socket and cable going into the module on the phone and they are all fine.
Any ideas? Im replacing the modules soon but they cant both be faulty surely!!
