Light on T7316 phones once a vm is left

Does anyone know what the software level has to be before the Light on T7316 phones will work when there is a msg in vm.

Does it matter what type of VM you must have for this to also work.

You gotta have at least 4.1.1 on the ICSs for the light to light on the T-series sets.

I have same problem before and i change a software to 4.2 and massage light is on Mr.Roberts is correct .

I think that is my problem - I have 1 customer with 2 locations 1 system is a CICS 4.1 and 1 is CICS 4.2 it seems to work on the 4.2 and not on the 4.1.... I think if they want this they will need to upgrade. Thanks for your help

In the 4.1 software there are three working issues G00,G13, and G15. I have it wrote down that they only work on 4.1 G13 or G15. Check your KSU SP version.
