Licensing Question

On a V2 CCU with R6 software.

If we have 20x teleworkers that use softphone on laptops at home, but at any one time only five are logged in as they are on shift patterns- do I need 20x teleworker licences or 5?

20, with the older licencing and Phone Manager softphone you only needed 5 but not anymore as Avaya saw the Dollar signs in their eyes under the new method

Teleworker Profile License
These licenses set the number of users who can have their profile set as Teleworker. For user with this optional, additional settings are enabled in the IP Office configuration for the following services: one-X Portal for IP Office with Telecommuter option UMS Web Services and IP Office SIP SoftPhone.
• icon_license IPO LIC R6 TELEWORKER 1 - 229430.
• icon_license IPO LIC R6 TELEWORKER 5 - 229431.
• icon_license IPO LIC R6 TELEWORKER 20 - 229432.
• icon_license IPO LIC R6 TELEWORKER 5 TRIAL - 229433.

You could just build 5 teleworker users.
If they work in shifts then login when needed.

Thanks guys, the five users was suggested but each do need their own voicemail, so looks like 20x licences are required. And a look at the mitel.
