Licensing Mitel Customer Service Manager

Hello,
I am new to the CSM and was wondering where and how do I sync the server to the AMC. I added a license in ARID for the CSM but cannot find the steps to sync CSM to AMC on the tech documents. The server is a standalone running v6.0.
Any pointers are welcome.

Technology is going to kill us all!
