Hello

I have 1 IP Office 500V2 R7 and i need to have more phones beside i have to buy phones and ip-end-point, do i need to buy any thing else?

Not to forget some kind of power supply for the phones

Since you'll need to buy the licenses from a reseller they should be able to tell you what you'll need.

You can always ask here if you feel like they are trying to give you something you don't need.

I have VCM channels and power supply.
I was asking about the licenses, do i have to upgrade to r9 or can i stay in r7.

i can’t ask to my reseller because we are in bad working relation. and i'm looking for a new reseller in europe.

You can use the R9 Avaya IP Endpoint licenses in any version which require Avaya IP endpoint licenses.
Only the name and prize changes, the licenses are the same, beware, in some occasions it is cheaper to buy licenses per piece instead of bundeled licenses.
