Background:
My company is looking to take advantage of the CCR (i.e. Customer Call Reporter) software made by Avaya to gather some metrics on how some of the agents are dealing with phone calls.
I have been talking to a company about doing the installation and they are giving me a price point of $10k (just for the Avaya side), which is quite a bit above what the "powers that be" want to pay. They want me to do the upgrade and save them some of the cost.
I know about some of the licenses that we will need:

Question:
I know that I need some kind of supervisor license but I don't know what it is or, more specifically, what it's MFN is.
Is there anything else that I'm missing when upgrading from R4.2 to R6?
