When we add a call center phone, we need 1 acd agent license in the PBX and 1 agent license in the AACC. Our vendor is saying that we also will be using 1 TDM license in the PBX. Is this accurate?
The TDM license is the Traditional Telephone/TN license to built the phone. Yes, that's require, it's require for all traditional telephone, whether it's ACD or not.
