Licenses Required to Add A Call Center Phone 3

When we add a call center phone, we need 1 acd agent license in the PBX and 1 agent license in the AACC. Our vendor is saying that we also will be using 1 TDM license in the PBX. Is this accurate?
 
The TDM license is the Traditional Telephone/TN license to built the phone. Yes, that's require, it's require for all traditional telephone, whether it's ACD or not.
 
If it's a digital phone then yes, it will use a traditional license as well as an ACD Agent license. Always has.
 
If the phone is an existing phone and you are jsut going to change it to be in the call center it would not require an additional TDM license.
 
sorry not thinking all ours are recorded, or on Genesys through AACC AML
