Failed to register with IP Office for VOIP Operation Contact your System Administrator

Using Phone Manager Pro.

Problem as i see it is that IP Office is not releasing licenses quickly enough. Is there anything that we can do to maximize performance of this?

Sometimes we need to reboot due to QoS issues, and always after we do we have this issue.

Just checked again

Were still getting "Failed to register with IP Office for VOIP Operation Contact your System Administrator"

Number of licenses available 31 number is use 17.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I have seen this too.
I don't know why.
Somehow it just stops working
creating a new user and try that user.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

Its random. And we have too many users to simply delete.

Would be nice if there is a solution to this

Only thing that resolves the issue for us is rebooting.

And then it happens again eventually, we need to reboot. Then again and reboot.

Its really i huge problem and i see alot of people have this issue but i see no type of solutions for it...

Try monitor and see if there is a session open in "partner sessions
"

ok, i am a complete noob when it comes to IP Office, i only know the basics.

I have fired up monitor. Can you please be a bit more specific with me on how to properly check for "partner sessions"

Appreciate the help

On the top bar select status and then partner sessions.
Search for the ipaddress that should have phone manager.

ok Cool. right now i see there are 20. According to license usage its 18 in use.

But were currently ok with no errors. I will keep an eye on it.

What does this mean?

20 sessions.
It shows the ipaddress of the PC so you can trace it down.

ok. the users who have a problem with registering with VOIP inform us right away so we do know which PC's the issue on.
