I currently have RS 2000 and want to upgrade to RS 2005

Can I download it free ?
Does it come free with SQL server 2005 ?
Can I use it for free if I have licenses SQL server 200 and Visual Studio .Net 2003 ?

Does it come free with SQL server 2005 ? - Yes (If you install it on the same server as the SQL 2005 instance)

one final question so - If I purchase a SQL server 2005 software can I use it for free ?

If you install RS on the same server you install SQL 2005 on then yes. If you don't install SQL 2005 and only install RS then yes. If you want to install RS on a second sever than the SQL 2005 database then you would need a second license.
