I have an IP500 with 5.0(18) and Voicemail Pro. It has a VCM32 with no extra licenses. I have 3 Avaya IP phones connecting over a VPN, no SCN.

I get tons of alerts: "Attempt to use a feature for which no license is installed. License Type: IP500 Voice Networking Channels"

They seem to increment every minute...

Any ideas where this would be coming from? I was under the impression that vn-channels were only used for SCN... maybe I'm wrong!

You can ignore them.
It is a know bug

CQ40154 SSA incorrectly reports Voice Netowrking Channels are unlicenced, even when no IP trunks configured 5.0.8 SP_RELEASE_2Q10_5.0 1-Not Required

You are FAST!!! I see this a lot and I figured as such. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

STAR for you. Thanks tlpeter.

SSA is still in development so it has it's flaws once in a while :)

Is 5.0.15 the latest version of SSA? I have this same bug which doesn't bother me however I have another bug that annoys the living heck out of me. Sometimes when viewing active calls it shows all of the calls as having the same connected caller ID.
