I have a G3R011i. Last night the systems went complete out. Tech support said my license had expired. They did a reboot and the system came back. They told me I need patch 4545. I cannot find any information on this patch or any other relating to this issue. Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks for the help.

John

Did you resolve this? If not I can help. I have a friend that is the "patch queen" with Avaya. She says that she is all to familiar with this patch.

Let me know if you are still having problems and I'll try to help.

Here are her notes on this. Give me the load and I contact her to see what you need.

Yes I know this patch way to well. I need to know what load the switch is on. And the switch going completely out need to know what they mean.
If they had a license alarm it should have been there for 144 hrs. and when it went into no license mode it would have stopped call processing, no calls in or out? Let me know and I can recommend correct patch, patch
4545 should be combo'd depending on the load they are on

As far as I know there were no alarms. It stopped call processing. A reboot got it going again.

Thanks for all the help

The next note she sent me was that if you didn't patch it "It would happen again". I will try to find out what you need and let you know.

This should fix you up.

Mike,

I will guarantee it will block call processing again unless he puts in
patch 4652 before his license alarm counts down to 0. Have him call in a
ticket and ask for that patch.
