Anyone using Contact Center Multi-media and multiplicity feature in 6.0 or 7.0? Multiplicity allows an agent the ability to take multiple im or email calls/questions. I am looking for the login procedure and if licensing is needed for the Multiplicity feature or is it just part of CCMultimedia server? Looking to bring up Multimedia server (not currently built yet) and want to make sure I have the licenses needed to make Multiplicity work.
Here is a copy of licences purchased in my keycodes.
I just got my DVD and it says Contact Center 7.1 part # NT9S85BA. Does this mean this DVD will only install Contact Center 7.1 and not 7.0?
