Below is my print out. My question is IF there is 240 Max # of ACD Groups, and digital licenses come in groups of eight. And there is usually ACD Agents on a print of SLT which reflects agents available, where is that on my print out by the way?
Then how many licenses do I have for digital, analog and acd agents, I can't imagine having 32,521 left in licensed ports. If I could have a page number I'll look up myself, I'm beating myself up and its all beginning to look the same.

Not only that but I'm running Rls 25 issue 40B Didn't nortel stop supporting (Selling) keycodes to anything older than Rls 3
Ok this is becomming more of a rant sorry!

Any help is much appreciated

THE ONLY TIME I'VE SEEN THAT MANY TN'S ON A SWITCH BEFORE SUCCESSION WAS ON AN INTERNATIONAL SWITCH, WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

This is a print of my call center in Canada. Can this be accurate?

Yes it can be.
on 25-40 I believe that they didn't separate out Digital and Analog or Trunks for that matter.

They just gave you the total number of ports that you are allowed to have.

That 240 ACD requirement is for the ACD DN's. You currently have 227 used, which means you can only create another 13. If I were you I would go through and see how many of these are dummy ACD just to push a DN to voicemail. Convert them over to Phantoms and save your ACD's.

How do I determine Licenses? and Digital port availabilty?

you are licenced for another 32521 digital ports or analog ports or trunk ports...

to find out how many enpty port you have available for digital, go to LD 20 and type LUVU and for type use 2000.

i.e.
REQ LUVU (List Unused Voice Units)
TYPE 2000
TN <ENTER>

That will list every unused digital port in your system.

What is the System type and Rls?

On older Software you bought the Max when you bought the system, now on the newer Software Rls's you have to buy additional Lic.

below is my system information

I just don't get how to determine how many licenses I have for both Symposium and the switch?

How do I determine what I'm currently licensed for and what I'm utilizong.

I so need help with this and on top of it my vendor told me to check with nortel myself

You already answered your own question.
You have 13 ACD DN's / CDN's left to use.

There is nothing wrong with 25.40, I'm at a fortune 50 company and we still are using 25.40 (mostly because we have a lot of RPE which isn't supported in succesion and they don't want the expense right now of upgrading to Carrier Remote IPE lovingly known as CRIPE)

You can add as many agents as you want, they just use up a phone tn. You currently have 37 ports available for digital phones. Your licence says you are allowed another 32,521 ports to be activated. If you need more than your current 37 ports, you can simply add more cards (Your current Licence agreement allows this).

However, if I were you... I would go through and see why you are using so many ACD Dn's as of now. You most likely have a boat load being used as dummy dn's to forward numbers to voicemail. Get rid of those and use Phantom Dn's instead. I hope I answered your questions to your satisfaction...
