Out of curiosity - both your IP Office control unit AND whatever machine ran Manager BOTH crashed? Because you only need one of them running to recover your config that has all license info. Any other Manager that has every opened the config for your site may also have a complete (maybe old, but someplace to start) copy.
Mike
Do you know what you are doing?
Wat server crashed? do you mean the IP Office itself?
Do you knnow that everytime you pull a config that this config is saved in C:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager?
Te voicemail server crashed, the 406 is working good now, I default it with DTE and programmed again. But without any licenses.
Tipeter, I will check my laptop tomorrow to see manager.
I know that, but I did not have the password and I was following your info using delta server, I got stuck where I got the config how I will convert the asterisk to the real password.
