License Key Invalid or Expired

Had to do a re-install of CE10. It was previously registered with a non-expiring license key.

After the re-install, trying to import sample repository items into Business View manager and receive the "Your license Key is invalid or expired". Does anyone have any suggestions.

Contact BusinessObjects at the Crystal products toll free number (1-866-681-3435). Be sure to have your Registration Number and Keycode handy. These two numbers can be found by clicking "Help" > "About Crystal Reports." Look in the box second from the bottom just below 'This product is registered to:' for these two codes.

Thanks for the info. If I would have been smart and following CE install procedures correctly, I would have known that IIS had to be installed and running prior to installing CE. An uninstall and reinstall did the trick.
