I have used the TF1Book activeX control in our application for over 3 years and never had any problem until recently for an unknown reason. I encountered the following message: "License information for TF1Book not found. You cannot use this control in design mode". I still am able to run the app and the spreadsheet works just fine. However, I can not use it with Delphi design environment.

How can I fix this problem? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Mai.

There should be a license file that you are probably missing. There should be a .lic (license) file for that activex control somewhere - for example the activex controls that come with delphi use DelCtrls.lic (at least for D4).

Good luck!

Thank for you reply. A friend of my found the exact solution that fixed this problem: Re-register (regsvr32) the ocx, i.e. vcf123.ocx.

Thanks.
