License/Hardware required

We want to connect 2 offices together so we can call between offices. VPN connection already in place at both locations. We would like to upgrade site B to R6 but new licensing is a bit confusing. Please shed some light on the licenses/hardware needed for site B. Thanks all.

Thanks amriddle01. So NO need of Advance Ntwk license for R6?
For hardware, VCM32 and new PRI card since the old PRI can only go on Legacy carrier base card, correct?

Advanced SCN licences went away a while ago now, and sorry I forgot you asked about hardware but yes a VMC32 and UNI PRI card will also be required
