Hello.

Our IT guy was fired last week and deleted all of our licenses. These were purchased from BPs that no longer exist. If there's anyone that would kindly pull our licenses and sent o us, would really appreciate it. Avaya and Catalyst have been no help.

You might be lucky if the computer used for the programming of the system has a backup of the config file.

The licence files would be in it..

Don't forget to get a good lawyer and take the IT guy for all he has.

I would think that you are looking for the old ADI licenses. They are in the old config files as snowman50 mentioned and if you cannot retrieve them from there then you would have to upgrade and buy new PLDS licenses which will work R10.0 and up.
