license file is invalid or not created for this server

I have used PLDS to download a new license file for a customer to add 3rd party IP endpoint licenses and when uploading the license file into WebLM I get - 'license file is invalid or not created for this server'. I have done a stare-and-compare with a previously installed license and the details look exactly same. I've tried de-activating and re-activating, tried a different browser, not sure what's wrong. This is Server Edition 11.1.2.3. Any ideas?

Are you using the WebLM Host ID? Think it ends with a 03 or something. Also, when you view summary -or- open it up with notepad, does the license file have the correct host ID and all the other licenses?
