We just replaced a G350 with a G430 and moved the existing S8300C server to the new G430. There was not an upgrade to the 8300 just simply moved it to the new GW. Now we are receiving this error in CM

License-Error: Platform Type Does Not Match Hardware
System Administration Will Be Blocked in Approximately 28 days
Contact Your Service Representative Immediately.

Any ideas on how to correct this one?

Thanks in advance.

You need to install a g350 to match your license or get a new license for your new hardware platform

I remember this! It's a $0 SAP order if they still allow it on 5.x. If you're on CM <6, then the RFA license for a S8300 is for a different offer type depending on what kind of gateway it's sitting in.

You can't just move from G700s or G350s to G450s or 430s with a LSP in the gateway at CM5.2 without orders.
