license error KX-TDE0110 with pre installed a license for 4-Channel SIP Trunk.

Installed in our TDE100 a KX-TDE0110 a 16 channel VOIP Card with SHGW4 Activation Key for 4-Channel SIP Trunk.
4 IP trunks are activated in the Activation menu
Added a virtual sip trunk card v-sipgw16, entered in the first port the provider details but card stays in fault and in the log this shows pointing to a licence error "IP extension or trunk limitation over"
Perhaps I misunderstood this, been trying for a time now but got nowhere.

By default the sip license are for sip trunks. On top of the page of license you have a box with 4/ 0 Change this to 4/4 and it should work

Thank you for your reply.
I had that set on the license page to 4 / 4 not sure if this was correct as gateway channel licenses are mentioned and got still the error.
But when I changed that back to 0 /4 and clicked on execute, the card went to INS and the SIP connection was active.
So all good now.

Ok sorry, I thought it was a gateway you were having problems with, by default it is set for sip trunks and only need change if its a ipgateway between two systems
