License Dongle Lookup

I have have several production and test systems and assorted backup equipment. I have a spare Parallel License key dongle which was acquired in the past and I do not know what it has licensed.
Is there a way to look up licensing or find out what was purchased with this dongle?
What would be my options?
On other units I have the configs which have the licensing already set but I do not know where the paperwork is.
I assume Avaya has documentation on this as well right?

I don't think it matters where it came from, I had a system that we bought from a client after an upgrade. It was installed by Avaya. The printout of the license keys was in the box with the dongles, missing the column that had the information. I sent the dongle SN to my distributor and they could send me the same spreadsheet.
