I only have seen most call center features turned on as far as a package, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. When AVaya dials in they can change each 'customer options' yes or no, but don't know if it is sold that way.
While your system has the software on it for all the call features, u don't own them, or even own the ones that u have bought. U only own the license to use them on that machine and don't even have the right to sell them.

RFA - Remote Feature Activation - A web-based licensing tool used by Avaya and Avaya Business Partners to activate features on R10 and higher Definity/Multivantage/Communication Manager systems.
If you are 9.5 or below, Avaya can dial in and use the init password to turn on and off features. R10 and up requires a license file to be generated on the RFA website and downloaded by Avaya or an Avaya Business Partner to activate features.
