licence question...?

I purchesed Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 one year ago. Now I had to reinstall it and when I'm trying to fill in license number, I get 'warning': serial number is invalid.

... do I have to renew licence for Veritas Backup 9.1 or is there something else...?

If you trying to re-install and the OS is still the same. Look in c:\winnt or c:\windows for besernum.xml file. This should be the license file you had before you removed it.

Actually, I'm trying to install Veritas 9.1 on different OS and I've got still a message: an invalid serial number has been entered. please verify the number and try it again.

Don't I have to renew it or something...?
