Licence of Avaya Dongle Serial Number Lost

Hi there everyone,
We had to replace the hard drive of the computer where the Avaya APP was installed and now I do not have the licence number of my serial dongle.
For the past two days, I search the Avaya folder for the license file backup but there was not.
Does anyone know how to recover their license from the dongle key number?

The dongle has S/N: Local 4731101
I would much appreciate it.

Thank you so much telecomtekperson! Question please: How can I know if there is more number licenses associate to my dongle?
My problem is that the Main module IP406 Office Avaya is not recognizing the 2 IP400 analog trunk modules, I though the problem was the license number but still is not working, what do you think what else can I do to resolve the problem?

Likely a hardware issue. Try swapping or reseating the hardware.
