library to format xml for html view?

pear is really easy to install.
1. open a command prompt
2. navigate to your php directory
3. run go-pear
4. respond to questions
5. run pear update-channels pear.php.net
6. run pear install --alldeps TEXT_Highlight
then you're done. there is a gui installer but I find that it often bugs out.
