Hi all,
Is that possible to make a libel protection to the Internet users?
Anyone have an idea how to protect the libel speech from other people.

According to the case in the USA. that 'Judge James Richman dismissed
part of a lawsuit filed by two physicians who claimed that a woman
re-posted a libelous article that accused one of the doctors of
stalking a Canadian journalist.
"[A]s a user of an interactive computer service, that is, a newsgroup,
[the defendant] is not the publisher or speaker of [the] piece. Thus,
she cannot be civilly liable for posting it on the Internet. She is
immune," wrote Richman.'

I'm so wondering why no one contribute in this topic 'cause I think this libel protection is quite interesting. Some people here post message either opinions or questions (or whatever) which maybe interfere in somebody's rights.

So what do you think if somebody interfere your right by posting something (As previous message) in the public like in this kind of forum (chatgroup)?

You're gonna let it go or what you're gonna do to protect yourself?

Really wanna get some ideas.
