Has anyone used Liaison Messenger software for document management? If so, please provide your opinion of the software, issues to watch out for, and what you thought of Liaison Software for the implementation.

Don't get it. The integration between Messenger and WinFax is terrible. Sometimes faxes are sent to different numbers and emails weren't sent at all. We reboot the fax server almost twice a week because Winfax hangs. Liaison sent a free Sony server that's running Windows XP Home Edition. We asked them if we could upgrade to Windows 2000 they said Winfax won't run on this platform. I'm looking at other thrid-party and start fresh. I'll give you a feedback later when I come back from Convergence.

Don't get it! Same problems as previous user. Using Win2K Server.
-Invoices sent to wrong fax number
-Reboot 2-3 times per week
We contacted Liason and tried their workarounds which did not work.
