we have a cust that has a lg ldk300 it is set up with tenancy groups there is 2 reception and each has access to each others lines and ext ( its a car garage 1 side is VW other is Toyota ) when main attendent answers a call and tranfers the call to an internal ext when she hangs up the call rings straight back on her phone and doesnt gets transfered, or if it goes though to the ext reception phone rings and when she picks phone up she can hear the conversion but if she hangs her phone up she cuts there calls off!
All ext has access to the lines. it doesnt do it on one line or one group of lines it will do it across all lines and to all ext it doesnt matter if its tennancy group 1 or 2 lines or ext's so far i have defaulted system and reprogrammed it cured the problem for a month or so then it starts all over again.
the set up is as follows
isdn 30 lines 1-30 line grp 1 tenancy grp 1 ext's 100-140
isdn 30 lines 31-60 line grp 2 tenancy grp 2 ext's 200-240
attendants are 100 and 200 they can both access both lines they both ring on both lines
all other ext's can only access there own lines i.e. 110 only gets lines 1-30 and 220 only gets lines 31-60
BUT when they get this bounce back the calls are for the correct ext/lines so its NOT ext's in 100 range trying to answer line grp 2 call and visaversa
all i get from LG support is "that should happen!" [ponder] but no one has an answer [sadeyes][soapbox]

Hi

Have you given both Tenancy groups access to each others tenancy group? Cant remember on the IPLDK but definitely on the IPECS you have to use PGM125 to give access to each others group.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

hi

yes everyone has access to everone else lines

its almost like a conf call but when reception phone hangs up it cuts call off even tho she tranferd the call it bounces right back to her when she answer is she hears the call but if she hangs up she cuts the call off so she has to leave her phone off hook untill she hears that call has ended then she can hang up but in that time she cant answer any more calls

Hi

Does every user have a LOOP key assigned? Required even if they all have access to each others lines.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

yes every ext has 2 loop key and the reception has every line plus a loop and all ext, this is random when i defaulted system and reprogrammed the problem stopped and over last 3 months it started doing it again and nothing has changed it starts off now and again now it does it everyday.

hi doktor

no there it was working fine then over time it started off every now and then it would happen then more and more theres been nothing new added or changed to system its now at the point that its happening everyday
