Hello Everyone,
I have been lurking on and off for some time and have found some valuable suggestions however this time I am stuck.
We have a small IPECS MFIM 100 system using Station Groups configured as Ring Groups to display different names on handset LCD screen when a different number is called.
EG
Client rings Line 1 - LCD display Accounts
Client rings Line 2 - LCD display Support
We need to change the displayed name for one of the Station Groups.
I have done this before, but it was a long time ago and cannot remember the process.
I have logged into the web interface.
Selected PGM - 191 ( Station Group Attributes )
entered group number and clicked LOAD
Changed the group name
Clicked Save
But the handsets continue to display the old Group name.
I have a memory that an extra step was needed, but cant think what it was.
System details
MFIM/AU95M-F.0Cd MAR/13
Boot Version-2.1Aa NOV/12
Kernel Version-6.0Ap
H/W issue-3
Note :
After changing the Group Name I rebooted the system by forcing a change of the firewall IP address on PGM 102~103.
I then forced a second reboot by changing the firewall IP address back again.
Thanks in advance.
