Hi,
I have inherited an LG Erricson iPECS system as above and have problems logging into the system though the web portal, the IP address is 10.10.10.200 but it says access denied when I try to login through the browser. I would also like to know how to transfer calls to an external number if I am out of office, can it be done manually through an extension or it has to be programmed through the eMG80. The extensions are all LG LIPS-8002e.

Please help

Hello!

You can program it manually through the extension by dialling 5541 or *5541 or #5541 then plus number you are forwarding your calls to, and save, depending on what is programmed on the PBX under Flexible Numbering Plan (106-109)"Call Forward".

I tried https and was able to get to the login screen but I do not have the password. I tried the standard password but was unable to login. I do not have the changed password.

Thanks

if you go to the main handset on the system .

cus engineers very rarely set a password you can reset most passwords from key set programming . you will still how ever need the user name to login .

by default its admin and 1234 as the password .

so you could reset the password and try admin and the new password through that . otherwise you will have to just default it and start again

if you have inherited the system i would do that from a security point of view and so you know whats been set up.

i can usually program a system up in under 30 mins.

You don't have to default the system to reset the passwords, but you do need a serial connection to the system. As a dealer I won't post it but a quick google will enlighten you on the procedure.
