Can you supply a bit more info, What type of system is it? what do the phones show on the screen?

as above what system are you on .

some steps to take :

can you get to the system gui on the local lan . ?

plug a phone directly into the switch where the phone system is plugged in.

disconnect everything off that switch apart from the phone system and phone .

this will rule out a lan issue or a cable issue on the infastructure.

if it doesnt connect then . try a different switch .

if you still cant get it to work . your system has crashed .

if its anything with MFIM in front of it . ie mfim 50/100/300 etc and this has crashed, these systems are no longer made and are not supported by LG

you may be able to recover the system by defaulting it using the dip switch on the front . dip 4 . put it in the on position . reset the system . and it should come up in its default state. then toggle back to off and hopefully you have a back up you can pump back into it.
but please be aware this will be s short term fix and the rix of failure is high for the future . as the unit will be at least 5 to 6 years old. and its cmos battery would of given up the ghost no doupt.

if you have a back up of the system you may be able to find a second hand unit on the likes of ebay if this doesnt cure it.

but again old system that may work for a while . but risk is high of failure again.

if its a ucp range system . these are current and the above procudures still apply . but the only difference is you can get replacements still.

hope that helps .
