Today we have noticed a weird problem.
Receptionist was making an external phone conversation. During conversation an internal client cut off the line and start talking to the receptionist. Receptinoist also surprised and asked to the internal client how she did it. She said that receptionist phoen was engaged and she pressed the star (*) button twice. Then internal client hanged up by request of receptionist and continued the conversation with external call.
My question is, how it happened and how can I prevent same thing happen again?
