I recently purchased a new computer with WinXP Pro. After installing the MS Office XP updates I am now having printing problems. At the same time I transfered over some old Excel work files. It seems that whenever I print a multiple page (xcl, pdf, etc.) report only one page comes out letter quality. I have uninistalled/reinstalled the printer software, contacted Lexmark tech support with no satisfaction. Tech support says it's not the printer. What could be causing this print quality issue?

I'm not sure if this will take care of it but it's worth a try,
1. Go to lexmark's web site and download the latest driver for your specific printer.
2. Download the uninstall untility for your printer.
3. Run the uninstall untility.
4. Install the new driver.
I've had problems with Lexmarks printers before and doing this helped to take care of them.
