What is a "level 3"?
Pots line can roll back to line 1 in some cases depending on carrier, features and package you are on.

Level 3 formally to Time Warner in Memphis, has told us to have to set all fax machines to 9600 and turn off ECR mode for faxes to work on our network. Paper faxes seem to be receiving ok, fANy ideax server will not always receive. Ever heard of this. Any ideas or comments appreciated.
