Hello,

I was wondering if anybody had seen the following problem and wondered if you know a fix for it;

When sending an e-mail with outlook 2003 the client appears to be re-arranging the letters somewhat.

For example -

A sentence that should read;

Hello all, this is a test message to show an example.

Is actually appearing like this once the message is sent, i.e. it does not appear like the below until the message is sent and I review the note in the sent items folder;

Helloa ll, this is a testm essage tos how ane xample.

It seems to be taking the front letter of some words and placing them at the end of the word before.

Any help appreciated,

Thank you,
Neil

that is wierd... try disabling spell check, verify your default language... also is this just on 1 client or all outbound emails? just a thought....

Hello mate,
Disabled spell check and the language is correct. Unfortunately I can not duplicate the problem. I believe that it may be something to do with the user’s custom distribution list. It is just one client.
As always the user claimed it was all mail when really it was just one.

I don’t know how sending to a distribution list could create this type of problem.

If you have any other suggestion i would like to hear them but I wouldn’t spend too much time on it, I know I’m not.

Cheers
