Legend T-1 Caller ID?

Can you have caller ID show up from a T-1? I know you can have number, but not name on a PRI. Anyone know if you can do this on a T-1?

You cannot get 'name' on a plain T1 either. If the carrier will support ANI delivery on T1 then you could get a number (ani or cpn depending on carrier) but many LECs will not provide that service.

PTI (Delivered over T1) DOES provide Caller ID NUMBER only.

Does anyone know if you have to be at a particular release level, or have a particular card in your switch to use caller ID once it's activated from the carrier?

I Mistyped - PRI provides Caller ID NUMBER ONLY.
