I am trying to set up Legend reporter on a legend system. the install goes great and so does configuration. When i view the format window it shows records read and reject as the same number(it is increasing) but it shows records recorded=0. I can see all calls being recieved on the protocol window but no records are being written and i can do not reporting. Any ideas???

Answer found. I had to load a more recent version of the call collection interface disk. I was using "(106) Lucent Merlin 1.3". I loaded "(106) Lucent Merlin 1.4". Everything is fine now.
