Here is what I have, Legend r7 with roughly 30 phones tied through a point to point t1 to a definity, I have set up the non udp routing table, if they call a extension 1001 it routes to the correct area the help desk(hunt group), but if they call anyother extension 2xxx,4xxx,7xxx, etc, the call end up in the same place, 1001 the help desk, I have done a trace on the definity on the trunk group and found that the definity is receiving the same digits.

Does anyone know of something I hvae overlooked? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

Are "they" calling from the G3 to the Legend or from the Legend to the G3? I am assumintg that "they" are calling from the legend to the G3. If that is the case, I am also assuming you have 2000-2999; 4000-4999; 7000-7999 configured as UDP routes in the Legend and are programmed the same way as the 1000 route. If that is the case, without seeing any printouts, it sounds like a routing issue in the G3. It sounds like the T1 is configured properly considering you can complete a call between the Legend and the G3.

Okay,

I have the 4 digit dialing working now thank you, Is there a way to insert a 9 in there dial string so they do not have to dial 9, 9 to dial a local number from the legend system through the definity?

Thanks for the help!

How did you get your dialing to work? You can insert a 9 in the ARS tables.

look at your tables ,
ARS tables 17 & 18, sub pools A & B to add digits

do a print of your ARS to make sense
