When Phones are answered you hear a number being dialed. I think it is sending a code to transfer it somewhere..?????? Maybe a group or Voice Mail Group???? Cover group or calling group problem I believe???

It sounds like you have the phones in a VMI Calling group.

If you have SPM, you can print a report for one of these phones and see what's up.

They were in the calling group and calling group that was the problem.
