I Created a graph with 2 dataproviders. One for the bar graph and another for the line graph. I want to display the legends. But is showing the name of the provider along with the attribute name.
for eg.
Comp_Id (Query1 with one) EMP
Comp_Id (Query1 with one) EMP1 ( These are bar graph legends)
Comp_Id (Query2 with one) EMP
Comp_Id (Query2 with one) EMP1 ( These are line graph legends)
But I want the legend like EMP,EMP1.

Can u please help me out. ASAP.

Lot of ways to avoid that. Here are some of them that came to my mind.

* Choose Data - > View Data - > Definition Tab - > Change the DP Name or set it to null.

* You can create a new variable with the required name and then use it for the Chart.

* Use a separate cell as Legend with your own text.

hi Sri
the problem is that I am having a bar grapg and a line graph. moreover the bar graph is a stacked one. I dont need legends for the line graph and want only for the bar graph. I cannot create my own cell as a legend as the no. of stacks are not fixed in a bar.

reply plz

Are they two different graph blocks or single graph ???? Did you try the first and second suggestion?? Also isn't the Stacks dependent on the no. of measures you chart it????? But personally feel you should get the desired thing by creating a variable for the Measures with the required name.
