I have a legend 7.0 with a 6 port 007 mail module and a total of 6 touch tone receivers (that were tested) in the system. The co line have been checked for the correct line current draw. The problem-- every once in a while the auto attendent answers with half a greeting a pause then says transfering call and sends the call to the operator, other times if you put in an extension it goes to the wrong number, these problems happen maybe once every 50 calls. Has anyone had these troubles and found a cure?

If this happens on the main or day greeting, try re-recording the greeting. sometimes the persons voice can simulate a touch tone and the main greeting itself will generate a touch tone and send itself to the operator.


Try re-recording with the mouthpiece around 4 inches from the mouth and speaking normally. See if that helps....
