Hello,

I've got an issue where a portion of our company is being separated into its own entity, and it's related to music-on-hold. From what I've read from the existing threads, there is only system-wide MOH on this system. However, is there a way to remove a certain calling group from the groups that will hear the message when a caller is on hold?

I inherited this system and am at an intermediate level.. but I wasn't sure if there is a place where coverage is taking care of MOH somewhere. If somebody could point me in the right direction (or even tell me it's impossible, which is just as well) I'd really appreciate it.

Cheers

On Magix you can choose a music on hold source different that the system wide one, for a specific group. I guess, choose a trunk port that has nothing in it, and it will give dead air, while they are in que.

But I dont thibnk you can on a legend 6.1

Alright, Magix 3.0 and later was the answer I expected. Thanks a lot for the help! :)
