I have a Windows NT machine with Networker Client installed that has 7 shares to a SAN. These shares are each set up as seperate clients. Normaly when I pull up the Networker User gui, i see all 7 shares, just recently only 5 have been appearing. The other two are still backing up but i cannot access them to do restores. Any Ideas?

In order to see them you will need to have 7 disks on the system. If you only have 5 mounted you will only see the first 5 add a couple.

I was able to find a fix for the problem I explained above. By doing a manual backup of one directory on the missing share, the legato client seemed to "remap" to the SAN share and all previous data is now avalible to browse.
