Legato DMZ backup

I have a server in our DMZ that I would not mind backing up using Legato, I have had a look in the Legato Admin guide and it looks like to set this up is a bit of a nightmare.

Has anyone done this and if so do you have any good pointers on this?

We have to update the client-side listing port to use 7937-7938 and on the firewall it need to be updated so you can do a reverse lookup of the client. That work's fine with the UNIX client on our site.
