Legato Backup Schedule

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my backup schedules. I've schdeuled 2 different jobs to run on different days of the week. One job runs on Friday, the other on the rest of the week days. However, for the last 2 weeks, my Friday job have not been running. Every Friday, the WeekDay job will run.

These jobs backup to different tape pools.
I've checked the schedules and confirmed they are correct. I've also checked the groups and pools setting.

What am I missing here?

Try looking at your schedules - verify they are correct. Look in msg logs to see if job was not started because it was allready running ,if so STOP SERVICES go to nsr\tmp and delete all BUT the sec folder - DO NOT DELETE SEC FOLDER.
this will clear up a variety of problems with Legato.

You may also want to check to make sure that "Auto Start" is enabled in the Groups area. This would cause it to skip too. In your messages, is it saying that it skipped it at all? Do you see any entry for what should have run in your logs?
